Advanced UPRT Theoretical Training (A-UPRT)


Description
Upon completion of this course, pilots will have the knowledge to understand why an aircraft upset occurs and how to minimize the risk of experiencing an upset. This course is for EASA pilots and meets the objectives for Upset Prevention & Recovery Training (UPRT) as specified by FCL.745.A. Specifically, by the end of the course pilots will be able to:

- Define what is meant by an aircraft “upset”
- Identify factors and circumstances that can lead to an upset
- Describe how to minimize the possibility of an upset
- Recognize when an upset has occurred
- Manage the flight deck to prevent an upset (CRM techniques)
