APS MCC Training is an enhanced MCC training course to "Airline Pilot Standards". The courses intended to equip the pilot with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSAs) required to commence initial type rating training to the standards generally required by an airline employer.

The objectives of MCC training are optimum decision making, communication, task sharing, use of check-lists, mutual supervision, teamwork, and support throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions. The training emphasises the development of non-technical skills applicable to working in a multi-crew environment.
