Description
Instructors conducting TK training in ATPL & CPL courses shall undergo an initial 100 KSA Instructor Training which includes the following elements:
• The Concept of Competency, Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes
• Core Competencies and Learning Objectives
• The TEM model
• Learning Styles and Methods of Teaching
• Facilitation Techniques
• Debriefing techniques
• General description of Formative and Summative assessments
• Word Picture Grading (general details)

This course is divided into 4 modules and will take approximately 3 hours to complete.
